In line with your specifications, these journeys will be undertaken by a partner who is connected to our dispatch and journey optimisation software. Up to 4 wheelchairs can be transported in the same vehicle, depending on the type of wheelchair.
There are different types of vehicle adapted to accommodate wheelchair users. A distinction must be made between:
- Transfer wheelchairs,
- Fixed frame wheelchairs,
- Electric wheelchairs.
As wheelchairs vary in weight and size, you should specify the type of wheelchair you require when booking.

For these journeys, bookings must be made at least 92 hours in advance.
