How do I book a return journey?
You can book a return journey using the mobile application or the website.
1- Booking a return journey through the mobile application:
Book the return journey at the same time as the outbound journey:
- Log in to the customer application
- Book the outbound journey
- At the end of the booking, on the summary page for your journey, click “Book return”
Book the return journey at a different time than the outbound journey:
- Log on to the Marcel application and click the top left-hand menu
- Click “My journeys”
- Click “Upcoming” or “Completed” according to whether the outbound journey has already been completed or not
- Click the outbound journey for which you wish to book the return journey
- Click “Book the return journey”
2- Booking a return journey through the website:
Book the return journey at the same time as the outbound journey:
- At the end of the journey booking, click “confirm” to save the outbound journey.
- On the journey overview page, click the “actions” button in the top left-hand corner.
- Click “Return journey”
Book the return journey at a different time than the outbound journey, which is to come/which has already been booked:
- Click the profile in the top right-hand corner
- Click “Upcoming journeys” or “Completed journeys” according to whether the outbound journey has already been completed or not
- Click the outbound journey for which you wish to book the return journey
