How do I rate my driver?
Your rating and comments help us evaluate the quality of the service and to continuously improve it. You can rate your Marcel driver at the end of each journey via:
- Our mobile application (Android ou iOS)
- Your online customer area
Your comments are systematically read by our team and are not accessible to our drivers.
Positive, average or negative reviews are then forwarded anonymously to our partner drivers so that they can constantly improve their quality of service.
