How is waiting time invoiced at airports?

For airports, waiting time is free up to 20 minutes after your reservation time. Beyond that time, you will be charged:

• €0.65/minute for Berline - Electric/Hybride
• €0.85/minute for Van
• €1/minute for Prestige

Your flight number is requested upon booking with us. This allows us to automatically take into account any early or late arrivals on your flight free of charge, to reschedule your pick-up and to inform your driver.

Example:

Your flight arrives 30 minutes early; if you booked your journey for 3.30 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 3 pm

Your flight arrives 30 minutes late; if you booked your journey for 3.30 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 4 pm.

Here are our booking tips to avoid paying for waiting time:

• For a flight from the Schengen area, add 15 minutes to the landing time.
• For a flight from outside the Schengen area, add 30 minutes.
• Add 15 more minutes is you have hold luggage.
