I have received an email asking me to change my password

When we detect unusual activity on your account, our system automatically resets your password to ensure the security of your account.

To obtain a new password:

  • Click “Forgotten password” on the login page of the Marcel application (Android or iOS) or website
  • Create a new strong password (at least 8 characters including 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 special character)
