What happens if my flight is early or late?

After entering your flight number when booking, we can monitor if the flight is early or late and we will adjust your pick-up time accordingly (based on the arrival time given to us by Paris Airport).

Example of a late flight:

Your plane lands 30 minutes late; if you booked your journey for 3 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 3.30 pm.

Example of an early flight:

Your plane lands 30 minutes early; if you booked your journey for 3 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 2.30 pm.

A page summarising your flight details will enable you to check that your flight number has been taken into account by our service.
