What should I do if my payment method is refused?

Sometimes a payment may be refused by your bank, preventing you from confirming your order.

 

The most frequent reasons for refusal are:

  • Insufficient funds in bank account or payment limit reached
  • Bank card expiry date exceeded
  • Card blocked for loss or theft
  • Error entering 16 digits or security code (CVV)
  • 3D Secure authentication failure

If payment is refused, please contact your bank to find out the reason for the refusal.
