How do I book a Marcel driver?
For journeys in Îl-de-France, and the Nice and Lyon regions, you can book directly via the Marcel application, on our website or by phone* on +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15.
Journeys in other towns and cities* can be booked by phone* on +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15 or by emailing the address to contact@marcel.cab
*Excluding Paris, Nice and Lyon, booking requests (Berline range) by phone for all towns and cities can be made 24/7 at least 2 hours before the start of the pick-up time for telephone requests. Emailed requests must be sent 48 hours prior to the journey and will only be processed from Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Please call our customer service team for all weekend reservation requests.
