Can a child be transported in a baby seat?

Please note that for safety reasons, it is mandatory to use an approved car seat for all children under the age of 10. If you do not have a child seat when you travel, the driver may refuse to take you. The journey may be cancelled, in which case cancellation fees will be charged to compensate the driver. If you do not have a suitable child seat, some of our drivers may.
In order to travel safely with your family, we offer you the option of paying for a baby seat / booster seat during your journeys: €10 per baby seat / booster seat, i.e. €20 for both.
How can I request this option?
- You need to request it by phone on +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15. Our customer service team is available 24/7 when you book your journey.
- To guarantee the availability of this service, you must request it at least 24 hours before the start of your journey. Any request made after this time will not be taken into account.
💡 For children aged 0 to 4, the baby seat option is only available for the Van range. For children aged 4 to 10 weighing at least 15 kg, our Berline cars and vans are equipped with child seats on request. If you have several children or if you are carrying a pushchair or suitcases, we advise you to book a van.
