How much does it cost to cancel a booking?
Berline, Electric/Hybrid and Van ranges
Booking in advance: Free cancellation up to 1 hour before departure.
- Between 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure, a cancellation fee of up to:
- €24 for a Berline journey
- €41,5 for a Van journey
- Less than 30 minutes before departure, cancellation fees equal to the price of the journey applies, up to a maximum of:
- €36,5 for Berline journey
- €66,5 for a Van journey
Immediate booking: Free cancellation up to 5 minutes after ordering.
- A cancellation fee of up to:
- €13.5 for a Berline journey
- €21.5€ for a Van journey
Prestige range : Cancellation up to 2 hours before the start of the journey.
Afterwards, a cancellation fee of:
- Excluding airport flat rate:
- 50% for cancellations between 2 hours and 1 hour before the start of the journey
- 100% for cancellations less than 1 hour before the start of the journey
- Airport flat rate:
- €40 for cancellations between 2 hours and 1 hour before the start of journey
- €95 for cancellations less than 1 hour before the start of the journey
