How do I cancel my journey?
To cancel a journey, go to your application or the website and then:
- My journeys
- My upcoming journeys
- Cancel my journey
- Advance booking:
- You can cancel a journey booked in advance free of charge from your application or from our website up to one hour before the pick-up time.
- In the event of cancellation less than one hour before the pick-up time, cancellation fees will be applied.
- Any journey booked between 25 minutes and 1 hour before departure can be cancelled free of charge within 5 minutes of its creation.
- Immediate booking:
Immediate bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to five minutes after the time your booking was made.
⚠️ Please note: cancellation requests made by email will not be processed by our service. If you have not been able to make the cancellation, relating charges will be billed to you.
