Why should I enter my flight or train number when I book?
When you book your journeys in advance from stations and airports, you can enter your train or flight number.
This allows you to:
- monitor in real time whether your train or plane is running late or early;
- adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
Example of a late flight: your plane lands 30 minutes late; if you booked your journey for 3 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 3.30 pm.
Example of an early flight: your plane lands 30 minutes early; if you booked your journey for 3 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 2.30 pm.
How do I enter my flight or train number when I book?
You can only add a flight or train number for advance bookings from airports and stations.
To add your flight or train number from your mobile application:
- Enter the address of your airport or station

3. Enter the time you think is ideal (the time you need to collect your luggage, meet your private driver, etc.) and for which you will not be charged
4. Select your range and confirm your journey
To add your flight or train number from the website:
- Enter the address of your airport or station, and fill in the flight/train number
- A window will open; enter your flight or train number, then choose the right flight
