How do I pay for my business trips?
When you are linked to your company’s Marcel Pro account, booking via the application works in the same way as for a personal journey, right up to the payment method selection stage.
Your company can set up several payment methods:
> Credit/debit card payment
If your company has set up a credit/debit card payment system for your business trips, proceed as follows:
- enter the details of your credit/debit card in the application’s payment area.
- the card will appear twice in your payment methods: once as CB PRO and once as CB PERSO
- when booking your business trips, select your means of payment by choosing the card marked CB PRO.
NB: your company will not have access to the details of the journeys you book using a credit/debit card marked CB PERSO.
> On-board payment
If your company has opted for on-board payment, you will not need to register your credit/debit card to book your business trips.
When you reach the payment stage of the journey, it will say “PRO - Payment on board”.
On the day of the journey, you will be asked to pay your invoice at the beginning of the journey. The following payment methods are accepted:
- credit/debit card / AMEX
NB: Some of our drivers are equipped with an EFTPOS machine, others will provide you with a payment link via their mobile phone.
- cash
NB: If you would like to pay in cash, please ensure to have the right amount of change in case the driver cannot break your bill.
You can always add your personal bank card to pay for your personal journeys.
> Centralised payment
If your company has opted for centralised payment, you will not need to register your credit/debit card to book your business trips.
When you arrive at the payment method selection stage, it will say “PRO - [name of your company]”.
