How long can the driver wait for me?

For the Berline, Electric/Hybrid and Van ranges:

Marcel offers you:

• 5 minutes in town or at a station from the time of departure*.
• 20 minutes in airports from the time of departure*.

*from the time of departure scheduled during your booking OR modified by our system to take into account the advance or delay of your flight/train, if applicable.

Beyond 10 minutes waiting time from the departure time:

• The Driver and MARCEL will be released from all obligations and the driver will be free to leave the pick-up location in accordance with article 3.4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions
• It will be considered that the User has cancelled the Booking, and cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with article 3.4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
• You may ask your Marcel driver to wait for you. If they are able to wait for you, the wait will be unlimited but invoiced.

Prestige range

• Your driver waits for you up to 10 minutes after your departure time.

• For airport transfers, your driver waits for you for up to 1 hour from your departure time.

Beyond this waiting time from the time of departure :

• The Driver and MARCEL will be released from all obligations and the Driver will be free to leave the pick-up location in accordance with article 3.4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions.
• The User will be considered to have cancelled the Reservation, and cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with article 3.4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
• You can ask your Marcel to wait for you. If he is able to wait for you, the wait will be unlimited but billed.
