I have lost an item

You forgot an item in the vehicle and would like to know how to get it back. Here are the different ways you can find what you’ve lost:

  • Call the driver up to a few minutes after the journey. If the driver is near, they can bring you back your item.
  • If more than 30 minutes have gone by since the journey, please contact us.

Our customer service team will do make sure to contact your driver:

  • If the item is not found, Marcel will unfortunately not be able to do anything and will contact you to let you know.
  • If the item is recovered:
    • The driver will arrive shortly at a meeting point that you will have given us in advance, and we will ask them to bring the item back to you.
    • The driver is far away from you and there is no suitable meeting point. A journey will therefore be created, with your authorisation and at your expense, to organise the delivery of the item in person.
    • Another option is to make your way to Marcel’s office (2nd arrondissement), where your driver will have dropped off your item. You can then collect your item from the Marcel team.
