What happens if my flight is diverted?

We ask you for your flight number when you make your booking, so that we can anticipate any early arrivals or delays.

However, if your flight is diverted, you are responsible for cancelling your Marcel journey. Go to the My journeys section to cancel your booking.

You will then be able to order a new vehicle from the new airport (in this case, you may lose advance booking benefits, the application of a promotional code, etc.). Under no circumstances will the original driver be able to ensure continuity of service or a change of airport.
