What happens if my journey takes longer than planned?
The price of your journey is fixed in advance, and will thus remain the same:
- In the event of heavy traffic
- If your driver takes a longer route than the recommended by Marcel
Marcel is in no way responsible for the traffic or the route chosen by the driver. To this extent, Marcel's estimated arrival time is not binding on the company but is given as an indication.
If you request a modification to the journey in progress*, a new price will automatically be calculated (in this case, you are likely to lose the advantages linked to any advance booking, the application of a promotional code, etc).
*waiting for the driver, picking up another passenger, diversions...
