What happens if my train is late?
After entering your train number when booking, we can monitor if the train is early or late and we will adjust your pick-up time accordingly (based on the arrival time given to us by SNCF).
Example of a late train:
Your train is 30 minutes late; if you booked your journey for 3 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 3.30 pm.
Example of an early train:
Your train is 30 minutes early; if you booked your journey for 3 pm, we will automatically reschedule your pick-up to 2.30 pm.
Please note that delays on Intercités, Transilien or RER trains are not taken into account by Marcel.
