Can I book my return journey or another journey with the driver who drove me?
Marcel invites you to book a new journey from your application or the website if you need to:
- Have your driver wait for you at the end of your journey to take you to another address
- Book your return journey
- Book another journey
Marcel cannot take into account a booking that you place directly with the driver.
⚠️ Please note: Marcel cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for an incident occurring during a journey with a Marcel driver if the customer did not use the Marcel platform to make their booking (see our General Terms and conditions).
