Can I carry bulky items?
Marcel is a passenger transport service; our partner drivers are neither trained nor insured to transport goods (moving, furniture purchases, etc.).
It is important to avoid excess luggage so that there are no issues upon picking you up.
⚠️: if your items exceed the vehicle’s capacity, the driver will not be able to pick you up. The journey will be cancelled, in which case cancellation fees will be charged to compensate the driver.
