Can I have parcels transported?
Marcel is a passenger transport service.
Our partner drivers are not insured for other types of transport (specifically road transport of goods).
If the driver is unable to pick up the person, the journey will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be charged to compensate the driver.
Marcel cannot provide a courier/delivery/moving/logistics service for the transport of equipment, parcels, documents or other items.
