How can I contact or track my driver?

A booking confirmation is automatically sent to you by email. You can view all your bookings from your Marcel customer area.

From the application, access the menu, then click “Track my journey” to see your driver in real time as early as 20 minutes before departure.

 

For an immediate departure, you will automatically receive:

  • A notification (or text message) when your booking is confirmed, to let you know their contact details and how long it will take your driver to arrive.
  • A notification (or text message) when they have arrived.

For an advance departure, you will automatically receive:

  • A notification or text message 20 minutes at most before your driver arrives.
  • A notification or text message when they have arrived.

A notification is sent via the mobile application by default. However, if it is impossible to send a notification (internet connection interrupted, application turned off, etc.) or if the booking concerns a third-party passenger, a text message is sent.
