How do I modify my journey?

To modify your journey:

  • Go to the “My journeys” tab in your application
  • Click the reference of the journey you would like to modify.

Please note:

  • All changes to the time of booking or to the journey itself (departure, arrival, intermediate stop, etc.) will result in a price change that you must confirm.

Case 1: If you modify a journey that has already been booked, a new price will automatically be recalculated (in this case, you may lose advance booking benefits, the application of a promotional code, etc.).

Case 2: If you modify or cancel a journey booked in advance less than one hour before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee will automatically be applied.

 

You can also contact our customer service team, available 24/7, by phone on +33 (0)1 70 95 14 15. Journey modification requests (e.g. modification of the date and time, prevention of a late/early flight, etc.) made by email will not be processed by our service. If you have not been able to make the change and this results in cancellation charges, these will be billed to you.
