How do I validate my phone number?
When you register, we ask you to enter and confirm your phone number before you can book your first journey.
- Go to the “phone number validation” tab in your application.
- Enter the code you received in the pop-up that appears in the application.
You can now reserve your first Marcel journey!
You haven’t received your activation code?
If you haven’t received your confirmation code, check that the phone number you entered is correct. If you have an issue validating your telephone number, contact our customer service team.
To modify your phone number in your customer area, we invite you to contact our customer service team with the following information:
- The old phone number
- The new phone number
- The customer name you registered in your customer area
Marcel will respond to your request as soon as possible and notify you by email of the change!
