What happens if I do not show up for my appointment or if the driver cannot find me?
If you or your passenger do not show up, the driver will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled departure time (Article 5.2 of the Termes and Conditions). From that moment , Marcel and the driver are released from any commitment and cancellation fees apply. Likewise, if the driver is unable to reach you, the same charges apply.
- Booking in advance : Cancellation charges apply up to a maximum of:
- €36,5 for a Berline journey
- 100% of the Prestige journey
- €66,5 for a Van journey
- Immediate booking : Cancelation charges apply up to a maximum of:
- €13,5 for a Berline journey in Île-de-France
- €13,5 for a Berline journey in Lyon or Nice
- €21,5 for a Van journey
