What payment methods does Marcel accept?
When you book, Marcel requests a bank authorization, and only debits your bank account once the journey has been completed.
Accepted payment methods are :
- Credit card
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
Marcel does not accept Paypal or e-credit card payments, nor cash or cheques in the vehicle.
To enhance the security of transactions on our platform, we use 3D Secure technology.
⚠️ Please note: only certain company accounts offer the option of payment on board. Otherwise, your reservation having been confirmed following a bank pre-authorization, a payment in cash or by cheque in the vehicle has no reason to happen and MARCEL can in no way assume traceability and responsibility.
