What is the service charge?
The service charge is €1.50 and is invoiced for each journey (booked in advance or immediately in Paris, Nice and Lyon).
It ensures Marcel's proper operation through:
- Extending our customer service team working times to 24/7.
- Constantly improving our quality of service to offer you the best customer experience possible.
- Accelerating the development of our customer and driver applications.
- Contributing to carbon offsetting due to our emissions.
These fees are directly included in the amount of the quote to be validated when booking a journey.
